Kirk Cousins fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 8 (2024). Should you start or sit Kirk Cousins for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB1
ANALYSIS: Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins had a disappointing showing last weekend as he threw for just 232 yards and one score. However, he has a favorable matchup this weekend and should be in a good position to bounce back.
On Sunday, he will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have allowed the 31st-most PPR points to opposing QBs. When Cousins faced this Tampa Bay defense in Week 5, he threw for an incredible 509 yards and four scores.

Through his first seven games in Atlanta, Cousins has thrown at least one passing score in all but one game and averaged a solid 261.4 passing yards per game. In addition, he threw at least one pass of over 40 yards in four out of the seven games.
With elite offensive weapons around him, such as wide receiver Drake London and running back Bijan Robinson, Cousins should not have much trouble moving down the field and should enjoy a solid fantasy day against a weak Tampa Bay secondary.
