ANALYSIS: Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie running back Bucky Irving has begun to see more opportunities in the Tampa backfield and should be added in all formats.
Through the first two weeks, Rachaad White saw most of the opportunities, but since Week 3, Irving has run the ball 28 times compared to White's 26 carries. During this stretch, Irving has totaled 163 yards compared to White's 138.
However, White has still seen more looks in the passing game as he has been targeted 12 times during this stretch, while Irving has just seen seven passes his way.
The primary reason why Irving has begun to take some of White's workload is because of his efficiency. Irving boasts a strong 5.6 yards-per-carry this season while White holds a modest 3.7 yards-per-carry.

Fantasy managers should still expect White to produce a high floor in PPR leagues, given his skills as a pass catcher. However, seeing that Irving has been the more efficient runner, he could eventually take the majority of carries in the backfield.
