Kevin Tway finished 68th at the RBC Canadian Open earlier this month, making it the sixth consecutive tournament in which he made the cut. Tway is currently preparing to play at Detroit Golf Club for this week's Rocket Mortgage Classic, an event in which he has had mixed results. In 2023, he finished T47. In 2022, he missed the cut, and in 2021, he finished T14. It's worth noting that at last year's Rocket Mortgage Classic, over 26% of approach shots came from 150-200 yards. Over the past 12 months, Tway ranks in the 37th percentile in greens in regulation percentage on approach shots in the fairway from this distance.
