CBB DFS: NCAA Tournament DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (3/28/24)

Mark Sears - CBB DFS Picks, NCAA Daily College Fantasy Basketball

Today's NCAA Tournament DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 3/28/24. Mike's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

The NIT Final Four is set, but more importantly, the NCAA Tournament is back on! We whittled it down from 68 teams to 16 and this year's second weekend is littered with chalk. That's kind of disappointing after last year. For the first time since 2005, all of the top eight seeds advanced to the second weekend. It should make for some really good games at least!

Arizona and Clemson get us started in Los Angeles. UConn and San Diego follow a half-hour later from Boston. North Carolina and Alabama meet in L.A. for their nightcap. Illinois and Iowa State end the night out in Boston.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 3/28/24, starting at 7:09 p.m. EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Mark Sears, Alabama ($9K)

The best players shine on the grandest stages. That was Sears in the first weekend of the tournament. He scored 56 points, hauled in 16 rebounds, dished out 11 assists, and picked up four steals in the first two rounds. The competition gets much more fierce against the Tar Heels tonight, but do you want to bet against Sears right now? He hasn't been under 30 DraftKings points in over a month.

Chase Hunter, Clemson ($6.4K)

I figured that Clemson would go as far as their guards took them. Hunter has been huge for the Tigers so far with 41 points, 12 assists, five rebounds, and four steals in the first two games. This was coming off of arguably the worst game of his career in the loss to Boston College in the ACC Tournament. Hunter missed all 10 shots in that game but is 13-of-26 in the tournament that really counts.

Jaden Bradley, Arizona ($5.2K)

Bradley is a great way to get exposure to the Arizona offense on the cheap. He posted one of his best games of the season against Dayton with 12 points, four rebounds, three steals, three blocks, and a pair of rebounds. Arizona is going to need another strong game from Bradley in this one since Clemson will also try to take Caleb Love out of the game.

Rylan Griffen, Alabama ($4.9K)

Griffen played 30 minutes against Grand Canyon in the second round, signifying that his calf is no longer bothering him. He scored 13 points in a game in which the Tide were far below their normal totals. If this is a high-scoring affair as Vegas predicts, Griffen could put up some really good numbers at this price, especially if he plays 30 minutes again.

Also consider: Terrence Shannon Jr., Illinois ($9.1K); RJ Davis, North Carolina ($8.2K); Caleb Love, Arizona ($8K); Tamin Lipsey, Iowa State ($7.5K); Darrion Trammell, San Diego State ($6K);  Micah Parrish, San Diego State ($5K); Hassan Diarra, Connecticut ($4.5K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Donovan Clingan, Connecticut ($8.4K)

Take a look at Clingan's last three games. 55 points, 38 rebounds, 10 blocks, seven assists, and three steals in just 78 minutes of court time. That's good for 140 DraftKings points for those of you scoring at home. I wouldn't expect a ceiling game against the Aztecs, but it wouldn't be a total shock if Clingan at least flirted with 40 DraftKings points in this one.

Harrison Ingram, North Carolina ($7.1K)

Armando Bacot come tournament time is a force of nature, but Ingram has put up his best games against teams that get out there and run. Ingram has at least 30 DraftKings points in 10 of the last 11 games in which Carolina has scored 75 points or more. If you have to choose between Ingram and Bacot, Ingram is the one you want tonight.

Jack Clark, Clemson ($5.4K)

If you have the capital for Ian Schieffelin, go for it, but Clark should provide the most bang for our Clemson buck up front. Clark has 13 points, 16 rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two blocks in the first two games of the NCAA Tournament. Clark isn't nearly as big of an investment, so a floor game from him won't hurt nearly as much. I do think there's some sneaky value in the Clemson front against Arizona.

Mouhamed Dioubate, Alabama ($3.9K)

The freshman played 31 minutes in the first weekend of the tournament after playing just 22 minutes combined in his four prior March games. Dioubate racked up 15 points and nine rebounds to go with two blocks, two steals, and an assist. He should see good minutes against the Tar Heels tonight, but the going will be tougher than last weekend.

Also consider: Jaedon LeDee, San Diego State ($8.9K); Marcus Domask, Illinois ($8.6K); Armando Bacot, North Carolina ($8.2K); Coleman Hawkins, Illinois ($7K); Milan Momcilovic, Iowa State ($5.8K); Dain Dainja, Illinois ($5.5K); RJ Godfrey, Clemson ($4.4K)
