For the first time since 2022, Dave Ragan will run a regular-season Cup Series race when he starts P40 in Sunday's Daytona 500. While Dave Ragan may not be a name that newer fans are familiar with, it is a name that all DFS players should know. In his two appearances at Daytona International Speedway in 2022, Ragan averaged 63.48 DraftKings points and finished in the top-10 in both races. While detractors of the 18-year Cup veteran may point out that he has only won two races despite having 476 Cup starts, those two wins came at Daytona (July 2011) and Talladega (May 2013), which is a testament to how good he is at restrictor plate racing. The combination of his success at superspeedways, his favorable starting position, and that he is just $6,500 on DraftKings make Dave Ragan the core play in DFS this weekend.--Adam Erhardt - RotoBaller
