Dontayvion Wicks Listed As Questionable For Thanksgiving Game
The Green Bay Packers listed rookie wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (concussion, knee) as questionable to play on Thanksgiving on Thursday against the Detroit Lions. Wicks was listed as a non-participant on Monday and Tuesday before being upgraded to a limited practice participant on Wednesday, which gives him a chance to play in Week 12. The 22-year-old first-year wideout led the Packers in receiving in the Week 11 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, catching just three passes for a career-high 91 yards on five targets. Wicks has some intriguing long-term prospects, but he's competing for limited targets with fellow receivers Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed, which makes him a volatile WR4/5 in the deepest of leagues. On a short week, Wicks is looking more doubtful to play on Turkey Day.
