DraftKings Evening CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (10/28/23)

Quinshon Judkins - Fantasy Football Rankings, College FB, RB, NFL Draft Sleepers

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the evening slate on Saturday (10/28/23). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

How fitting is it that my 1,000th career article at RotoBaller is a College Football DFS piece? Hopefully, I've helped you somewhere along the way and I hope to be with you for another 1,000 articles or more! We have another action-packed prime-time slate for Week 9 of the 2023 season. There are only seven games on the docket but all of them include at least one explosive offense. It doesn't get much better than this!

We kick off in Lexington with the Vols in town. Washington heads down to Palo Alto to take on Stanford. Air Force makes the slate as they head up I-25 to Fort Collins to take on Colorado State. A half-hour later, it's Prime Time in the Rose Bowl. Vandy heads to Oxford to take on Ole Miss. Ohio State is jumping around on the Badgers at Camp Randall. We finish this in Atlanta with the Wreck taking on the wreck of the North Carolina Tarheels.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/28/23, locking at 7 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Michael Penix, Washington ($10,700)

We have to find some value if we want to use Penix. We need to use at least five value pieces if you want to run Penix with one of his receivers. So it goes when you have one of the most explosive offenses against a horrible Stanford defense. Many took Penix right out of their Heisman rankings with the clunker against Arizona State. I don't think that's fair. It doesn't matter. He'll be right back in there after he slams video game numbers on Stanford.

Zac Larrier, Air Force ($6,500)

Larrier has attempted less than 10 passes in every game this season, but he has cleared 150 passing yards twice in the last three games. He has also cleared 100 rushing yards in two of the last three games. Larrier can hurt opposing defenses in so many ways. It seems silly not to use him at this price against a porous Colorado State defense.

Also consider: Drake Maye, North Carolina ($9,300); Haynes King, Georgia Tech ($8,400); Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi, Colorado State ($6,400)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Quinshon Judkins, Mississippi ($6,900)

Judkins racked up 21.4 DraftKings points on a pretty good Auburn defense. I wonder what he's going to do against a pretty bad Vanderbilt defense. The sky is the limit for the Ole Miss offense in this game. I expect Ulysses Bentley IV to get a healthy workload as well. Both are worth using depending on if you're using Penix or not. It's nearly impossible to get Judkins and Penix in the same lineup.

Emmanuel Michel, Air Force ($6,100)

The Falcons defy their nickname and run for 306 yards per game on the ground. This offense can absolutely support Larrier and multiple backs if you want a cheap ground stack against the Rams. It's not the worst idea I've heard.

Also consider: Dillon Johnson, Washington ($6,800); Ray Davis, Kentucky ($6,600); Omarion Hampton, North Carolina ($5,800)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State ($8,900)

The Buckeyes have unleashed Harrison on the college game and DFS will never be the same. Harrison has 95 DraftKings points in the last three games alone. It's one thing to do that against the likes of Maryland and Purdue, but when Harrison went nuts on Penn State's vaunted defense, I pay attention. There isn't a corner in the country that can cover this guy one-on-one.

Devontez Walker, North Carolina ($7,900)

Just in case I haven't made this perfectly clear, the NCAA are a pack of soulless jackasses. This time it's because they robbed us of watching Walker for almost half a season for absolutely no reason. He's a monster in this offense. In just two games, Walker has 17 receptions for 278 yards and four touchdowns. He might even outscore Harrison for those of you hunting a GPP takedown. It's better late than never to get Tez on the field for the NCAA. Now, about James Madison...

Elic Ayomanor, Stanford ($5,900)

Ayomanor hauled in another eight passes last week against a solid UCLA secondary. He will be front-and-center in the Stanford offense against Washington as well. I don't see Ayomanor getting behind this defense, but the volume alone will pay off his price here.

Skyler Bell, Wisconsin ($3,400)

Bell has been by far Braedyn Locke's favorite target so far. He has seven receptions in the last two games after hauling in 14 from Tanner Mordecai in the first five games. Bell gives us solid volume on a slate where we desperately need some value.

Also consider: Rome Odunze, Washington ($8,700); Travis Hunter, Colorado ($6,700); Tory Horton, Colorado State ($6,000); J. Michael Sturdivant, UCLA ($5,600); Will Sheppard, Vanderbilt ($5,500); Dane Key, Kentucky ($4,800);

DraftKings CFB Stacks:

Mississippi

Washington is impossibly priced on this slate. There is no way that we can stack them without punting most other positions. For that reason alone, Ole Miss is the stack to go with. They are overwhelming favorites in this one. Jaxson Dart is too expensive for my taste. Honestly, if I'm paying that much for a quarterback, I'm finding the few hundred for Penix. Judkins and Bentley are great pieces to build around. Tre Harris is a guy you want, but I'm eyeing UTSA transfer Zakhari Franklin. He quietly caught his first Ole Miss touchdown last week, which means he's getting more involved in the offense.

North Carolina

Drake Maye is cheaper than both Dart and Penix and his upside is just as high. Walker could outscore Marvin Harrison Jr. and is $1,000 less. Omarion Hampton isn't getting respect from anyone and he might be the best back in the ACC. Those are the three you want and they are much cheaper than Washington, Ole Miss, and Ohio State.

Also consider: Washington, Ohio State, Air Force
