Welcome back to our Two-Start Pitcher Streamers article - Waiver Wire Streamers and Starts for Week 16, from July 10 to July 16. With the All-Star break causing an extended week in most fantasy leagues, there are plenty of pitchers who are set to make their second start of the fantasy week. With a long list of starters this week, there are plenty of chances to get ahead with some of this week's two-start pitchers.
For those new to this recurring column, each week this fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify starting pitchers expected to make two starts in the upcoming week. It can be considered fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.
There are 92 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will be looking at pitchers who are less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues. Listed will be those who are rostered over 50%, those who are best available under 50%, and risky options under 50%. There are a few other two-start pitchers available, but they should be avoided.

Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers
Taj Bradley (47% Rostered), Tampa Bay Rays
Scheduled Starts: @ KC
A 5.27 ERA doesn't usually qualify as a safe streaming pick, but Taj Bradley's 3.31 SIERA and 30.8% strikeout rate are marks of a solid pitcher. With a matchup against the worst offense in the league, Bradley is the safest streaming pick available.
Kyle Gibson (42% Rostered), Baltimore Orioles
Scheduled Starts: vs. MIA
A 9.34 ERA in his last three starts indicated that maybe this was the end for Kyle Gibson, but a 3.42 FIP and 23.5% strikeout rate in that same stretch eased concerns. He settled down last week, going six innings deep and allowing three hits and four runs against the Yankees.
Miami is hot offensively, but with an OPS of .701 against right-handed pitchers (compared to .804 against lefties), Gibson is a relatively safe stream.
Jack Flaherty (38% Rostered), St. Louis Cardinals
Scheduled Starts: vs. WAS
After a poor start to the season, Jack Flaherty has shut out the opposing offense in two straight starts. While Washington is less of an offensive threat than the Marlins and Yankees, Flaherty did allow six runs against them in a June start. His 2.66 FIP on that day and positive momentum going into this start make him a relatively safe streaming pick.
J.P. France (38% Rostered), Houston Astros
Scheduled Starts: @ LAA
J.P. France's 3.26 ERA will surely regress to his 4.80 FIP sometime, but it isn't likely to happen this week against a skidding Mike Trout-less Angels offense.
Risky Two-Start Streamer Picks
Aaron Civale (47% Rostered), Cleveland Guardians
Scheduled Starts: @ TEX
Aaron Civale has impressed this season with a 2.56 ERA in nine starts, but an 82.1% left-on-base rate and 4.47 SIERA make him a risky stream against the league's second-ranked offense.
Kyle Hendricks (45% Rostered), Chicago Cubs
Scheduled Starts: vs. BOS
As detailed in last week's edition, Kyle Hendricks is bound for regression with a 4.99 SIERA and a career-low groundball rate. There's no better place to regress than the hitter-friendly Fenway Park against a top-eight Red Sox offense.
Drew Smyly (43% Rostered), Chicago Cubs
Scheduled Starts: vs. BOS
Similarly to Kyle Hendricks, Drew Smyly's 4.75 SIERA and 33.8% groundball rate won't play well in the hitter-friendly Fenway Park against a top-eight Red Sox offense.
Brady Singer (41% Rostered), Kansas City Royals
Scheduled Starts: vs. TB
While he's only allowed one run in his last two starts, Brady Singer has been wildly inconsistent this season. A 4.71 SIERA and 18.6% strikeout rate won't cut it against the league's third-ranked offense.
Martin Perez (40% Rostered), Texas Rangers
Scheduled Starts: vs. CLE
With the Rangers deciding to skip Martin Perez's turn in the rotation, he'll make his third straight appearance on this weekly deep dive into two-start streamers. With his 5.22 SIERA and a start against an improving Cleveland offense, he remains a risky stream.
Patrick Sandoval (40% Rostered), Los Angeles Angels
Scheduled Starts: vs. HOU
Patrick Sandoval has been thoroughly inconsistent this season, with blowout starts being followed up by shutouts. Ultimately, Sandoval sports a 4.77 SIERA and an 18.2% strikeout rate in 16 starts. His start against the Astros is dangerous, with Houston's offense ranking fifth in the league in runs scored since June 1.
Josiah Gray (41% Rostered), Washington Nationals
Scheduled Starts: @ STL
A 4.81 SIERA from Josiah Gray is enough to strike him off the potential streaming list this week. It's made worse with a matchup against a Cardinals team to whom he surrendered six runs across five innings in a start on June 19.
MacKenzie Gore (38% Rostered), Washington Nationals
Scheduled Starts: @ STL
The Phillies tagged MacKenzie Gore with seven runs across and two-and-two-thirds innings. The Cardinals are a top-12 offense in runs scored, and Gore surrendered five runs to them across six innings in a start on June 20. He's got a strong enough strikeout ceiling to be rostered, but he isn't a consistent enough pitcher to stream.
Wade Miley (35% Rostered), Milwaukee Brewers
Scheduled Starts: @ CIN
The 36-year-old's 5.05 SIERA leaves him susceptible in a start against a Reds offense that ranks second in runs scored since June.
Seth Lugo (32% Rostered), San Diego Padres
Scheduled Starts: vs. PHI
The Phillies have won 13 straight road games. Seth Lugo has been reliable this season with a 3.82 SIERA, but the Phillies are not a team to be messed with right now.
Dean Kremer (30% Rostered), Baltimore Orioles
Scheduled Starts: vs. MIA
Dean Kremer looks to be in the same boat as Kyle Gibson, but he's less reliable as a streamer. Multiple bonafide flare-ups along the way this season have Kremer with a 4.78 ERA and 5.61 xERA. Any pitcher who is as prone to blow-up starts as Kremer should not be trusted as a streamer.
Tommy Henry (20% Rostered), Arizona Diamondbacks
Scheduled Starts: @ TOR
A 1.48 ERA in his last four starts is intriguing, but a 4.52 FIP, 100% left-on-base rate, and 18% strikeout rate in that same stretch removes a lot of intrigue. With a start against a talented Toronto offense, it may be the week that it all comes crumbling down again for Tommy Henry.
JP Sears (18% Rostered), Oakland Athletics
Scheduled Starts: vs. MIN
After throwing seven-and-two-thirds shutout innings against Detroit Tigers, JP Sears still failed to pick up a win. With a 4.91 FIP and some of the worst run support in baseball, Sears is not worth streaming.
Michael Lorenzen (17% Rostered), Detroit Tigers
Scheduled Starts: @ SEA
2023 All-Star Michael Lorenzen should not be trusted with a 4.45 SIERA and 18.9% strikeout rate. The Mariners may not be firing on all cylinders, but they're talented enough on offense to deal damage.
Clarke Schmidt (14% Rostered), New York Yankees
Scheduled Starts: @ COL
A flyball pitcher with a 4.18 SIERA taking a start in Coors; immediate pass.
