Noah Fant Injury Update
Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Tuesday's practice estimation. The team conducted a walkthrough. Fant has been battling injuries late in the season, but he should return to practice on either Wednesday or Thursday and should be active this Saturday for the wild-card game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Fant isn't particularly attractive in fantasy lineups against one of the best defenses in the NFL, but he could pay off as a low-cost TE sleeper in DFS games. The 25-year-old has scored twice in his last four games and has caught 13 passes for 104 yards in that span.
Kyle Rudolph Injury Update
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kyle Rudolph caught his only target for an eight-yard touchdown but suffered a knee injury that kept him out of the remainder of the game. The 33-year-old tight end totaled just three catches for 28 yards in five games played this season, but he was able to record the 50th touchdown reception of his career.
Ultimately, Rudolph is way beyond his prime, and even if he can return to the field, he won't be anywhere near the DFS radar except as a cheap throw-in option with an expensive lineup. That said, he might not even be active if he can play in the postseason
