New Orleans Pelicans guard LaMelo Ball (ankle) won't play on Sunday versus Philadelphia. Ball has played in only three games this season. However, he continues to be bothered by a sprained left ankle. With Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) out as well, Terry Rozier will probably continue to run things at the point, giving him a bump in usage. Kelly Oubre Jr., who had 22 points and two steals in Friday's loss to New York, should also continue to benefit as well.--Dennis Clausen
