Free-agent center Thon Maker has agreed to a deal with the Fujian Sturgeons in China. The former 10th overall pick from 2016 continues to keep his basketball career alive. He most recently played Hapoel Jerusalem last season. Although, he only made six appearances with the team. Maker hasn't played in the NBA since the 2020-2021 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Possibly, Maker will eventually get back to the NBA. However, it's highly unlikely that he'll ever live up to his high draft selection.--Andy Webb
