New York Mets catcher Francisco Alvarez is reportedly being promoted to Triple-A. This is exciting news as Alvarez is currently the top catching prospect in baseball. He has 18 home runs and a .926 OPS in Double-A this season. The promotion to Triple-A puts Alvarez one step away from the big league roster. The 20-year-old could very well join the Mets roster by the end of the season.
