Prospects. For any fantasy baseball enthusiast, it's all about knowing about the prospects, rookies and call-ups. More than any other sport, baseball offers a fresh influx of rookie talent every year, both before and during the MLB season. And adding the right guy at the right time can be a league winner (see Aaron Judge and Cody Bellinger).

For fantasy baseball owners, it's key to know who the top prospects are heading into your drafts - and who are the next ones waiting in line throughout the year. Rookies can get called up at any time and make huge impacts for MLB teams and fantasy baseball owners alike. It's exciting for everyone involved.

So without further ado, below are our preliminary top 2018 MLB prospect rankings for fantasy baseball. As of January, this is our ranking of rookies that we feel will make fantasy baseball impacts in 2018.
