DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 15 DFS Picks

Jalen Hurts - PHI @ CHI ($8,200)

No need to get fancy here. Jalen Hurts has been a fantasy beast all season and that's been especially true in recent weeks. Hurts comes into this juicy matchup against Chicago on the heels of his third-straight 30+ point DraftKings performance - a 30.4 point gem against the New York Giants in Week 14. He is now second in the NFL in total DraftKings points scored this season.

The good times should continue to roll in Week 15, as the Bears have been pitiful on the defensive side of the ball. Chicago ranks dead last in the NFL in Total Defense DVOA, while standing 31st in Pass Defense DVOA.

Justin Herbert - TEN @ LAC ($7,200)

With his receiving corps finally getting healthy, Justin Herbert has now thrown for over 300 yards in back-to-back games. Despite rarely having his full complement of pass catchers, Herbert's pass volume has remained gargantuan in 2022. His 561 passing attempts are the second-most in the NFL through Week 14.

Herbert and this Chargers offense will continue to keep the ball in the air this week against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans are perhaps the NFL's most glaring pass-funnel defense, as they grade out No. 1 in Rush Defense DVOA but have been consistently shredded through the air. Tennessee has yielded the league's second-most passing yards (3,906) and passing TDs (25), while also allowing the second-most DK points to the QB position this year.

This is the perfect storm for the already throw-happy Chargers and Herbert is a near-lock for 45 or more pass attempts in Week 15 against one of the NFL's worst secondaries.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 15 DFS Picks

Miles Sanders - PHI @ CHI ($6,500)

Sanders' last three games perfectly encapsulate just how volatile his production can be, as he's gone for DraftKings scores of 31.5, 11.8, & 34.8 since Week 12. While it's undoubtedly a gross game log, it also makes Sanders kind of a perfect GPP option, as his DFS upside is off the charts in comparison to his $6.5k price tag.

Not even the best fantasy analyst in the world can predict when a "Miles Sanders Week" is gonna happen, but he draws a beautiful spot this week against Chicago. Ranking dead last in the NFL in Total Defense DVOA, it's tough to say if the Bears are worse against the pass or the run, but it's safe to say that Sanders should crush this matchup. I refuse to play him in cash-game settings, but I'm willing to walk that aisle in GPPs.

Isiah Pacheco - KC @ HOU ($5,900)

"RB vs. Houston" is a matchup that we've targeted liberally in this article throughout the year. With consistently excellent results, I see no reason to wander off the path in Week 15.

Houston has been gashed on the ground this year. The unit ranks 32nd in the 32-team NFL in rushing yards per game allowed (165.8), total rushing yards allowed (1,835), rushing TDs allowed (16), and DraftKings points allowed (398.60) to the RB position. There might be some rush-defense statistics that I missed, but just assume that the Texans rank last in those as well.

Pacheco - sorry, I almost forgot which player we were talking about because it doesn't really matter against Houston - has solidified himself as the legit lead back in this high-octane Kansas City offense. Despite Jerrick McKinnon's outlier fantasy explosion last week, Pacheco has been - and should continue to be - the man for KC. The rookie has garnered at least 15 touches in five straight and logged at least 12 DK points in four straight.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 15 DFS Picks

Mike Williams - LAC vs. TEN ($6,300)

Unlike in recent weeks, I don't know that you need to spend up for an elite WR on this slate. Mike Williams is one of the many intriguing mid-range targets on the board. Big Mike returned to the Chargers' lineup in a big way last week, dropping a 6/116/1 stat line on Miami in his first full game since Week 7.

Finally appearing to be over his lingering high-ankle injury, Williams instantly enters the DFS conversation this week against a Titans secondary that's arguably the worst unit in the league. Tennessee has been dosed by opposing WRs this year - especially downfield, where Williams does most of his damage.

The Titans have allowed the most DK points in the NFL to the WR position and that mark can largely be attributed to their penchant for giving up big plays, as they have relinquished the most deep passing TDs and most deep passing yards in the league in 2022. Big Mike is always a little boom-or-bust, but his chances of a boom are substantial in this matchup, which makes him perfectly suited for GPP formats.

Garrett Wilson - DET @ NYJ ($6,000)

Though his price has finally reached the $6k benchmark, it's tough to ignore what Garrett Wilson has done since Mike White entered the Jets' lineup in Week 12. Over New York's last three, Wilson has truly strutted his stuff, posting 335 receiving yards and two TDs on 19 catches.

With a banged-up White expected to suit up in Week 15, Wilson is fully in play against the Detroit Lions. While the Lions are undoubtedly improving on the defensive side of the ball, it's still a matchup worth targeting with Wilson.

Detroit is relinquishing a massive 8.82 yards per target to opposing WRs and has coughed up the third-most receiving yards (2,259) in the NFL this season. Wilson's upside is really only capped by who is throwing him the football. As long as White is the starter for Gang Green, keep firing the rookie receiver up.

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 15 DFS Picks

Greg Dulcich - ARI @ DEN ($3,600)

If you read the RB section of this week's article, then you know I spent a lot of time trashing the Houston Texans' run defense. Well, the Arizona Cardinals are the Houston Texans of defending the TE position. Arizona ranks dead last in the NFL in nearly every metric against the position, including DK points (230.82), receiving yards (880), receiving TDs (9), receptions (83), and catch rate (83%!) allowed to the TE position this season. Yeah...they really are that bad.

While we could make the argument to roll basically any TE out against the Cards, we actually have a good player in this dream scenario this week with Denver's Greg Dulcich. The rookie began the season on IR, but since getting on the field in Week 6, Dulcich has garnered a significant role in this Denver offense. Since Week 6, the rookie ranks second to just Travis Kelce at the TE position in total Air Yards (532) and his 12.26 aDOT leads all TEs that have received 10 or more targets.

Chig Okonkwo - TEN @ LAC ($3,100)

Congrats if you got your money in the middle with Chig last week (I know a ton of folks in the RotoBaller NFL chat did!) when he produced a nice little 6/45/1 outing against Jacksonville. Going back to the well this week might feel a bit chasey - and will certainly come with more ownership - but the facts are we're getting a player that's trending up for $3.1k at a difficult position.

Okonkwo has been targeted 16 times across Tennessee's last three games and it should be sticky volume, as the Titans' wide receivers continue to produce next to nothing. An athletic freak, the rookie's matchup against the Chargers is a good one. L.A. has relinquished the second-most yards per target (9.04) in the NFL to opposing TEs this season and only three teams in the league have allowed more total receiving yards to the position in 2022.
