NFL Wide Receiver Power Rankings: Projecting Every Team's WR1 Ahead of Training Camp

Amon-Ra St. Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Quincy Milton projects and ranks all 32 NFL No. 1 wide receivers for the 2025 season. From Ja'Marr Chase to Jakobi Meyers, see where each wide receiver falls.

Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Target Hogs (2025)

NFL Wide Receiver Power Rankings: Projecting Every Team's WR1 Ahead of Training Camp

Wide receiver has slowly become one of the most important positions in the NFL. If a team does not have a true No. 1 option, it is difficult to win. Now that we are approaching training camp, we will get to see these important players in action once again. The one-handed catches in camp are sure to light up our timelines any day now. As such, let’s take a look at where each one stands in the power rankings heading into camp.

Jakobi Meyers - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

32. Jakobi Meyers - Las Vegas Raiders

Jakobi Meyers is an all-around solid wide receiver. He has never played with a high-end quarterback in his career though. Geno Smith is likely to be the best quarterback Meyers has ever had, which bodes well for his prospects. His lack of big-play ability keeps him low on this list, however.

Stefon Diggs - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

31. Stefon Diggs - New England Patriots

Stefon Diggs is an aging wide receiver coming off a torn ACL. He is certainly past his prime at this point in his career. He will provide solid value to the Patriots as a savvy veteran, but do not expect peak Stefon Diggs to magically reappear this season.

Michael Pittman Jr -Fantasy-Football-Rankings-Draft-Sleepers-Waiver-Wire-Pickups-icon-rotoballer

30. Michael Pittman Jr. - Indianapolis Colts

Michael Pittman Jr. is not the 30th-best wide receiver in the league, but his power ranking falls this low due to his quarterback situation. He has not been able to produce at a high level with quarterback Anthony Richardson, and that is unlikely to change even if Daniel Jones steals the QB1 job.

29. Brandon Aiyuk - San Francisco 49ers

Brandon Aiyuk’s production fell off after the 49ers paid him in 2024. Now, he faces an uphill battle coming off a blown-out knee. Aiyuk may even begin the season on the PUP, which would elevate the currently disgruntled Jauan Jennings to WR1 in San Francisco.

Calvin Ridley - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Picks, Draft Sleepers

28. Calvin Ridley - Tennessee Titans

Calvin Ridley left his cushy No. 1 wide receiver role in Jacksonville to take a huge bag of money in Tennessee in 2024. He now finds himself in quarterback purgatory. However, if No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward can deliver on his draft stock, Ridley will certainly climb this list given his talent and production profile.

Khalil Shakir - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

27. Khalil Shakir - Buffalo Bills

Khalil Shakir is the definition of solid. He is by no means a burner, nor is he physically intimidating. Despite his physical limitations, Shakir is an excellent route runner who is always where quarterback Josh Allen wants him to be.

Tetairoa McMillan - College Football DFS Lineup Picks, NCAA CFB, NFL Draft Prospect

26. Tetairoa McMillan - Carolina Panthers

Tetairoa McMillan has been turning heads this offseason with his quickness despite his large frame. This is a guy who could feasibly end up in the top 10 to 15 players on this list by season’s end.

Chris Olave - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

25. Chris Olave - New Orleans Saints

Chris Olave is in a tough spot this coming season. He will catch passes from either rookie Tyler Shough or second-year quarterback Spencer Rattler. Olave has never been able to truly break out due to a lack of solid quarterback play around him. Perhaps this is the year he will be able to transcend those issues.

Jayden Reed - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

24. Jayden Reed - Green Bay Packers

Jayden Reed’s status as the No. 1 wide receiver in Green Bay is iffy, but likely. He is a great do-it-all player for the Packers, but he is not physically imposing. Still, he is likely their best option among a talented pool of wide receivers. Perhaps Year 3 will prove to be a monster season for the youngster.

23. Marvin Harrison Jr. - Arizona Cardinals

Marvin Harrison Jr. had a disappointing rookie season relative to expectations, but it was actually solid for a rookie. Harrison and quarterback Kyler Murray need to get on the same page. Once that happens, Harrison could be one of the most dominant wide receivers in the league.

Jerry Jeudy - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

22. Jerry Jeudy - Cleveland Browns

Jerry Jeudy finally broke out and lived up to his first-round pedigree in 2024. Unfortunately, the quarterback situation in Cleveland is currently unsettled. Veteran Joe Flacco appears to be the front-runner for the starting gig. Flacco has supported wide receivers in recent years, but he has been inconsistent in doing so.

Zay Flowers - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

21. Zay Flowers - Baltimore Ravens

Zay Flowers is everything the Ravens need him to be. He can operate in each area of the field and is a wizard with the ball in his hands. He is a smaller wide receiver but can turn a screen pass into a house call at any moment. Considering the Ravens seem to be doing just fine, they do not need Flowers to change.

DK Metcalf - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

20. DK Metcalf - Pittsburgh Steelers

DK Metcalf finally has a quarterback. After months of speculation, Aaron Rodgers signed on the dotted line. The Steelers are devoid of a covey of quality pass catchers in the offense. As such, Metcalf could have a career year with a monster target share. Although Rodgers is washed up, he was still able to support solid seasons from Davante Adams and Garrett Wilson in New York last season.

Courtland Sutton - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

19. Courtland Sutton - Denver Broncos

Courtland Sutton stepped back into the spotlight with rookie quarterback Bo Nix in 2024. There is no reason to believe he will not repeat his solid performance from last season in Year 2 of the Nix era.

Rashee Rice - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL wr, Draft Sleepers

18. Rashee Rice - Kansas City Chiefs

Rashee Rice was on his way to a monster season before a freak injury ended his 2024 campaign prematurely. All reports suggest that Rice is healthy and ready to run it back. He should step right back into the same role. Rice could be the key to unlocking the Chiefs’ offensive firepower once again.

DJ Moore - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

17. D.J. Moore - Chicago Bears

D.J. Moore should have a solid season under new head coach Ben Johnson in 2025. Enough with the ridiculous screen passes. Johnson will have this offense moving downfield. Moore is still a fabulous playmaker. Now he just needs to develop a solid connection with quarterback Caleb Williams.

Garrett Wilson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

16. Garrett Wilson - New York Jets

The newly paid Garrett Wilson is ready to demonstrate to the league that he is worthy of his money. The jury is still out on Wilson, who has played with a smattering of quarterbacks throughout his career. He has recorded solid numbers, but he has not been the transcendent player we have seen in other wide receivers throughout the league.

Ladd McConkey - Fantasy Football Rankings, Rookies, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

15. Ladd McConkey - Los Angeles Chargers

Ladd McConkey took little time to cement himself as one of the better slot wide receivers in the NFL last season. McConkey stepped into Keenan Allen’s former role with ease. The 2024 second-round pick has a chance to take off in 2025 with head coach Jim Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Greg Roman ready to unleash quarterback Justin Herbert.

Tyreek Hill - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Picks

14. Tyreek Hill - Miami Dolphins

What was wrong with Tyreek Hill in 2024? That is a question many are attempting to answer. He is clearly still blazing fast and has not declined in skill. As such, his fall from grace may be due to the plethora of quarterbacks the Dolphins were forced to roll out in 2024. He should rebound in 2025.

Terry McLaurin - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

13. Terry McLaurin - Washington Commanders

Terry McLaurin had a monster season in 2024 as the Commanders re-made their entire offense. McLaurin is looking to cash in on his 2024 production and is currently unhappy with his contract situation. Expect that to resolve itself and for McLaurin to pick up where he left off this coming season.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

12. Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Seattle Seahawks

Jaxon Smith-Njigba will step into the role as the undisputed No. 1 wide receiver in Seattle in 2025. He broke out in a huge way during the second half of the 2024 season. He demonstrated why he was the first wide receiver selected in 2023. Look for Smith-Njigba to continue ascending as he becomes a focal point in the offense.

Drake London - NFL, Fantasy football rankings, waiver wire, dfs

11. Drake London - Atlanta Falcons

Drake London has a chance to become one of the best receivers in the NFL in 2025. With quarterback Michael Penix Jr. entering Year 2 in the league, these two players could make sweet music together. Penix fixated on London during the final three games of the 2024 season. Expect more of the same in 2025.

Mike Evans, Baker Mayfield - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

10. Mike Evans - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mike Evans is a timeless veteran at this point. He never seems to age and produces the same numbers every year. This guy has been around for 11 seasons, and he has yet to record less than 1,004 receiving yards. He continues to be a touchdown machine as well.

Malik Nabers - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

9. Malik Nabers - New York Giants

Malik Nabers was quietly excellent as a rookie in 2024. He received an eye-popping 170 targets in a Giants offense devoid of playmakers and solid quarterback play. With quarterback Russell Wilson coming to town in 2025, Nabers should have a solid signal caller slinging the rock. The sky could be the limit for this kid in 2025.

A.J. Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Picks, NFL Injury News

8. A.J. Brown - Philadelphia Eagles

A.J. Brown and his fellow Eagles playmakers do whatever it takes to win football games. Brown was not a high-end producer down the stretch of the 2024 season, but he made the plays the Eagles needed him to en route to a Super Bowl title.

Brian Thomas Jr - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

7. Brian Thomas Jr. - Jacksonville Jaguars

Brian Thomas Jr. cemented himself as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL in a dominant rookie season. He did most of his damage with Mac Jones at quarterback, suggesting that his ceiling could be even higher. This is a massive player with blazing speed. Look for a solid encore from Thomas in 2025.

Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Target Hogs (2025)

6. Puka Nacua - Los Angeles Rams

Puka Nacua has gone from a Round 5 selection to a top NFL wide receiver in just two seasons. Nacua’s toughness and route-running ability make him a serious force on an NFL field. Davante Adams will provide more competition for targets in 2025, but quarterback Matthew Stafford is zeroed in on Nacua, and he will get his.

Nico Collins - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

5. Nico Collins - Houston Texans

Save for a hamstring injury in 2024, Collins took his dominance to another level. Collins is a big play waiting to happen, and he should only have more room to operate in 2025 with an upgraded receiving core around him.

Amon-Ra St. Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

4. Amon-Ra St. Brown - Detroit Lions

Amon-Ra St. Brown may be the best route-runner in the NFL. The guy is always open, and he is a target machine for quarterback Jared Goff. As long as St. Brown is healthy, the Lions’ offense will hum.

CeeDee Lamb - Fantasy Football Rankings, DFS and Betting Picks, NFL Injury News

3. CeeDee Lamb - Dallas Cowboys

CeeDee Lamb does well to don the No. 88 for the Cowboys. He has become the ultimate weapon for quarterback Dak Prescott. Lamb will have a legitimate No. 2 option on the other side of the field with George Pickens on his way to town in 2025. Pickens will take attention away from Lamb, which is a scary sight for opposing defenses.

Justin Jefferson - Fantasy Football rankings, NFL DFS, Injury News

2. Justin Jefferson - Minnesota Vikings

Justin Jefferson has enjoyed the best five-year start to any career for a wide receiver in NFL history. He is a tantalizing player who can make the toughest of catches and get open on a dime. First-year starting quarterback J.J. McCarthy will love a player like Jefferson.

Ja'Marr Chase - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

1. Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals

Ja’Marr Chase or Justin Jefferson? At this point, these two players are essentially equals. Chase takes the cake at No. 1 in the power rankings as he is coming off a triple crown in 2024. The guy is electric and should continue to be so with Joe Burrow healthy and playing at a high level.
