PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests

PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.

The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.

You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Brandon Pfaadt MORE than 4.0 strikeouts

This is the highest-ranked prop on the PrizePicks Optimizer with a 57.45% chance of success. The reason this prop is at the top of the list is the fact that most books have the over 4.5 set to -101, so we are getting half of a strikeout discount here and the possibility of a push is in play. Brandon Pfaadt has struck out at least four in two of his three postseason starts, including a nine-strikeout performance against these Phillies in the third game of this series.

Ranger Suarez LESS than 3.5 hits allowed

Ranger Suarez has not allowed more than three hits in any of his postseason starts in 2023. In Game 3 against these Diamondbacks, he allowed three hits through 5 1/3 innings pitched while striking out seven. This is also Game 7 where pitchers have much shorter leashes than normal, which means if Suarez does get into trouble, he will almost certainly get the early hook.

Ketel Marte MORE than 1.5 hits + runs + RBI

Ketel Marte has been absolutely locked in this postseason and is now slashing .375/.400/.625 in the month of October. He has eclipsed this total in nine of his 11 postseason games. It should also be noted that Marte is 8-for-18 in his career off of Ranger Suarez, so if someone is going to do damage to him, it certainly may be Marte.
