Zack Moss In A Favorable Week 9 Matchup
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts running back Zack Moss (heel) stamped another solid fantasy performance in the team's Week 8 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Moss ran the ball 11 times for 66 yards and punched in the team's lone rushing touchdown on the day. Moss did find himself on the injury report this week dealing with a heel issue but was removed from the team's final injury report on Friday. If he is a full-go, he finds himself in an extremely favorable matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers' defense has allowed the second-most points to opposing fantasy running backs, as well as allowed the fourth-most rushing yards to teams this season. While he will continue to split touches with running back Jonathan Taylor, Moss has taken most of the red zone work between the two backs. The fifth-year running back can look to be included as a high-end RB2 for the upcoming matchup.
