5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz (kidney, rib) has a chance to play in the wild-card game against the Seahawks this Sunday, but head coach Doug Pederson said Ertz's progress will be monitored this week. It'll mostly be about pain tolerance for Ertz, but the Eagles are also wary of him suffering further injury if they put him out there. He's unlikely to practice much this week, if at all, so Ertz could be a true game-time decision for the final game of wild-card weekend on Sunday night. That obviously makes him a tough sell for DFS tournaments that include all four weekend games. Dallas Goedert would again serve as the top pass-catcher in Philly's banged-up offense if Ertz misses another game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
