Zach Ertz, Boston Scott Are Active Against Cowboys
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz and running back Boston Scott (illness) are officially active for Monday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3. Ertz was removed from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday and is ready to go. He has played 60.5 percent of the offensive snaps through two games and is clearly behind Dallas Goedert as the team's go-to tight end target. Through two games, Ertz has only three receptions on four targets for 40 yards. Unless Goedert gets hurt and misses time, Ertz won't be a reliable weekly starting tight end option. Scott, who had 80 carries for 374 yards and a touchdown in 2020, has only played special teams snaps through two games and is not on the fantasy radar.
