Jordan Love Completes One Pass In First Preseason Action
Jordan Love got his feet wet with 12 offensive snaps in the Packers' preseason opener against the New York Jets. Love played the team's first two series, completing one pass in five attempts for seven yards, a slant to first-round rookie Matthew Golden. Love's receivers were shaky in his two series, with Romeo Doubs seeing two targets, Malik Heath seeing one, and tight end Luke Musgrave getting the downfield target. Injuries and a run-heavy approach to the Packers' offense led to a production dip from Love in 2024, but Love is a solid bounce-back candidate in 2025 to return to the QB1 ranks. For now, draft Love as a QB2 with upside residing in his team's ability to score a ton of points.
