4 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Yordan Alvarez heads into this weekend's action absolutely on fire at the plate. Alvarez has hits in 10 of his last 11 games and is slashing .400/.412/.760 through 50 at-bats in the month of May. The 23-year-old is back punishing opposing pitchers, similar to what he accomplished in 2019. Alvarez will be an easy play in DFS tournaments this weekend and is posting a .960 OPS through 18 games at Minute Maid Park this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
