2 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada is not in Thursday's starting lineup against the San Francisco Giants in the matinee game. It's just a normal day of rest for Moncada, who has been excellent for his fantasy managers to start the season. In his first six games played, he's gone 11-for-25 (.440) with four doubles, two home runs, three runs scored, five RBI, one walk and eight strikeouts in 26 plate appearances. If the 27-year-old can stay healthy all year, a big bounce-back season could surely be in the cards. With Moncada on the bench, Hanser Alberto is starting at third base and hitting fifth against left-hander Alex Wood. Alberto has limited DFS upside with 19 career homers in eight big-league seasons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
