WR1 Potential For Jayden Reed In Week 7
2 months agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (ankle) turned in three limited practice sessions this week and was removed from the Packers' injury report for Week 7 as Green Bay hosts the Houston Texans. Reed has been a volatile fantasy option but has turned in 5-of-6 games with double-digit fantasy points, including an overall WR1 and WR2 finish. Big plays are Reed's specialty, but he's mixed in some target earning as well with at least six targets in 5-of-6 games this season. Reed has been used deep and at the line of scrimmage, as evidence by his average depth of target (aDOT) in Week 5 (12.7 yards) and his aDOT from Week 6 (-1.8 yards) where he was used more as a short-area target. No matter how he's used, Reed has been incredibly productive this season and will be a key piece of the puzzle when the Packers battle the Texans. Consider Reed a low-end fantasy WR1 with overall WR1 upside in this Week 7 clash.
