1 year agoThe Winnipeg Jets came to an agreement with defenseman Joe Morrow on a one-year, $1 million deal on Tuesday. Morrow, who has made career stops with the Penguins, Stars, Bruins, Canadiens and Jets organizations, posted 16 points (six goals, 10 assists) as well as 79 hits, 66 blocks and 83 shots in 56 games in Montreal and Winnipeg last season. The 25-year-old, taken with the 23rd overall pick in the 2011 draft, was expected to become a premiere, offensive-minded NHL blue liner but has yet to find that level of his game yet. Considering Winnipeg's deep core of defensemen, Morrow will likely carry little to no fantasy value next season.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
