Nashville Predators right wing Wayne Simmonds picked up his first goal with his new team on Tuesday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Simmonds buried a cross-crease pass from Ryan Ellis halfway through the third period to give his team a 2-0 lead. It has been tough treading offensively for Simmonds since moving to the Music City as he has just two points in nine games. The 30-year-old is far more valuable in banger leagues due to his penchant for hits and penalty minutes. He is playing on a solid second line with Mikael Granlund and Nick Bonino so there is still some hope for him in standard leagues. The Predators are back in action on Thursday against the Pittsburgh Penguins.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
