Carolina Hurricanes left wing Warren Foegele has made the opening night roster, and he's set to be on second-line duty Thursday against the Islanders. The former third-round pick was an AHL All-Star last season and he left quite an impression in his first NHL outings, getting two goals and three points in two games. He also had a very good training camp and preseason, so it's a no-brainer for head coach Rod Brind'Amour to reward Foegele with a top-six role. Much of the hype this summer was around the second overall pick of this year's draft Andrei Svechnikov, but it looks like he has to settle for fourth line minutes at this time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerRead More News
