The Colorado Avalanche traded defenseman Tyson Barrie, center Alexander Kerfoot and a sixth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft to the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday in exchange for center Nazem Kadri, defenseman Calle Rosen and a third-round pick in 2020. The Avalanche will also retain 50 percent of Barrie's average annual value, which is $5.5 million.
