Tyler Reddick's car chief, Michael Hobson, has been ejected for the Duel race on Thursday night due to the fact that the team's No. 45 Toyota failed pre-race inspection twice on Wednesday evening. Reddick will also lose his pit stall selection privileges for Thursday night's exhibition race. These penalties shouldn't have much of an effect on Reddick in the Duel race itself, and his car chief will be back for Sunday's Daytona 500. Reddick's starting position for this weekend's Great American Race will be determined by his finishing position in the Duel race on Thursday night. --Jordan McAbee
