Anaheim Ducks center Trevor Zegras wasn't able to complete Wednesday's preseason game against Arizona, logging just 9:55 of ice time before suffering an upper-body injury. He took a big hit from Jan Jenik at center ice in the second period. Zegras is currently getting tests done to determine the severity of the injury. We saw glimpses of the Zegras era starting in Anaheim last season and he should be able to build on his 61-point year in 2022-23 if he managed to avoid serious injury on Wednesday. According to Ducks head coach Dallas Eakins, we should know more about his status Friday morning.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
