Tez Johnson Could Have Flex Appeal
Tez Johnson scored his first career touchdown on Sunday on a 45-yard bomb, and he could be in play as a sneaky flex option moving forward. The Buccaneers were already without Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (leg) before losing rookie sensation Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) to a hamstring injury that could keep him sidelined for multiple weeks. While Evans nears a return, head coach Todd Bowles has already said that Godwin will not play in the team's Week 7 matchup with the Lions. With Baker Mayfield playing at an MVP-level regardless of who he has been throwing to, Johnson has some flex appeal, as he's now gone for 104 yards and a score over the last two games.
