The Houston Texans are releasing versatile veteran offensive lineman Senio Kelemete on Tuesday, according to the league's transaction wire. The move will create around $1.5 million in salary cap space. The 30-year-old has started 42 games in his career. The Texans also released linebacker Peter Kalambayi on Tuesday. Kelemete, a fifth-round pick by the Arizona Cardinals in 2012 out of the University of Washington, has spent eight years in the NFL with Arizona, New Orleans and Houston. The 30-year-old played in 14 games in 2020, starting five of them. Kelemete has extensive experience at both right and left guard in his career and will be looking to latch on with another team to provide quality offensive line depth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
