Carolina Hurricanes winger Teuvo Teravainen was forced to cut his night short against Edmonton on Thursday, suffering an upper-body injury. He was able to skate for only 7:34 in the game, although it was enough to tally a pair of assists in a 7-2 win. Teravainen, who has been a bit slow out of the gates this season with seven points in 14 games, is said to have tweaked something. Hurricanes head coach Rod Brind'Amour expects to know more on Friday. Seth Jarvis should get back on the first line if Teravainen is forced to miss any time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
