New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard is an extremely risky option in Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys. The passing game of the Giants hasn't exactly been lighting up the scoreboard to begin the season as the wide receiver room has been a revolving door. The veteran wideout leads the team with 14 targets in the first two weeks, however, he's only been able to turn those targets into eight receptions for 105 yards and a touchdown. It appears that Shepard could be the No. 1 option for Daniel Jones to target, though, it's tough to put much trust into the aerial attack of the Giants, making him a risky play in Week 3.--Skyler Carlin - RotoBaller
