Stefon Diggs Traded To Bills
5 years agoThe Buffalo Bills acquired wide receiver Stefon Diggs and a seventh-round pick in this year's draft from the Minnesota Vikings on Monday in exchange for a first-round pick, fifth-round pick and sixth-round pick in 2020 and a fourth-round pick in 2021, according to a source. The Bills gave up quite a bit to get Diggs, but he'll be their No. 1 wideout alongside John Brown and Cole Beasley. Diggs posted his second straight 1,000-yard season on 63 catches to go along with six touchdowns in 15 games in 2019. He'll be a bit more volatile as a No. 2 fantasy wideout in his new home, but it sounds like he needed the change of scenery. Back in Minnesota, Adam Thielen will now be the Vikes' top wideout, and he was already a favorite of quarterback Kirk Cousins. The departure of Diggs makes Cousins, who was already more of a QB2 in fantasy, less attractive.
