8/24:Tampa Bay Rays reliever Sergio Romo continues a strong finish to the season Thursday versus Kansas City. He would pitch a scoreless ninth inning to finish out a season sweep of the Royals (7-0 on the season) and pickup the win. Romo now has 18 saves, three wins, and he's opened five games this season. Romo will continue to be worth owning in most leagues that reward saves as long as he retains his closing job. The biggest threat to his position will be if the Rays turn their attention to the future. If they choose to get a look at their future, young arms like Jose Alvarado could take over the job.--Jamie Mellor - RotoBaller
