The San Francisco 49ers D/ST is a solid fantasy play in Week 1 at the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 2022, the 49ers sported one of the premier defensive units in the NFL, especially against the rush. Fred Warner and company only allowed 77.7 yards per game on the ground, good for second-best in the league. It's worth noting that most of that happened with defensive lineman Arik Armstead and edge rusher Nick Bosa both missing significant time with injuries. Both are set to play Sunday and the 49ers also added Pro-Bowler Javon Hargrave and third-round pick Ji'Ayir Brown at safety. Pittsburgh may have trouble moving the ball this week especially on the ground against San Francisco's elite defense.
