5 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins has decent upside, but continues to give fantasy owners headaches throughout the season. Watkins has put together a roller coaster of a season, but should have WR3 value against the Raiders in Week 13. Watkins was only targeted three times during the Chiefs last contest in Week 11. Those three targets were the lowest on the season for Watkins, so fantasy owners should consider that a fluke game. It's tough to trust Watkins on a weekly basis, but he does have WR3 value against the shaky Oakland secondary.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
