1 year agoMilwaukee Brewers rookie outfielder Sal Frelick (hamstring) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the visiting Minnesota Twins. Frelick hasn't been on the field since last Saturday, although he was originally in Tuesday's lineup before being scratched with his right-hamstring ailment. With an off day coming for Milwaukee on Wednesday, hopefully the 23-year-old will be feeling good enough to return on Friday for the start of a series against the San Diego Padres. Tyrone Taylor is patrolling center field and batting ninth for the Brew Crew on Wednesday against Twins right-hander Kenta Maeda. Frelick has produced a .250/.388/.421 slash line with an .809 OPS, three homers, 16 RBI, five stolen bases and 16 runs scored in his first 26 major-league games in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
