Russell Wilson, Dee Eskridge Activated From IR
3 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks officially activated quarterback Russell Wilson (finger) and rookie wide receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion) from Injured Reserve on Friday. Both players will return to action in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers. Fantasy managers are surely stoked to have Wilson back as their QB1, but he'll be returning to face a Packers defense that has surrendered only 210.4 passing yards per game (seventh-fewest), and he'll be without top running back Chris Carson (neck), who remains on IR. In single-year leagues, the 32-year-old should be returned to starting lineups, but he's a wise fade in DFS. Eskridge has intriguing potential in Seattle's offense as a field-stretcher from the slot, but he'll likely be eased back in for just his second career game and can remain on waiver wires in redraft leagues.
