Richie James Limited On First Injury Report
1 year agoThe Kansas City Chiefs listed wide receiver Richie James (knee) as a limited practice participant on Monday on their first injury report of the 2023 season heading into Thursday night's Week 1 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Along with James, Kadarius Toney (knee) was limited, but we expect both pass-catchers to suit up on Thursday night. The 27-year-old James put up career-highs in catches (57), targets (70), receiving yards (569) and touchdowns (four) in his lone season with the New York Giants in 2022. He's now operating in one of the best offenses in the league, but he's probably not going to be a worthwhile weekly fantasy contributor unless injuries open up playing time ahead of him on KC's depth chart.
