Rashaad Penny, Ziggy Ansah Expected To Play
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and defensive end Ziggy Ansah (back), who are both questionable for Week 4 against the Cardinals, practiced in full on Friday and are expected to play this Sunday. Head coach Pete Carroll said they have "a good chance" to play. Penny could chip away at Chris Carson's workload this Sunday, especially if the latter continues to have issues with ball security. Still, Penny is a boom-or-bust RB3/flex at less than 100 percent if he suits up. Expect C.J. Prosise to go back to the bench if Penny returns. Seattle's defense has some upside facing rookie quarterback Kyler Murray, but they're merely a low-end streaming option.
