Quinnen Williams Considered Day-To-Day
2 years agoNew York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams (calf) is considered day-to-day after getting injured in the Week 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. The Jets are going to give him a few days to see how he feels. Expect the 24-year-old to miss practice early in the week, but he still has a chance to suit up in Week 15 against the Detroit Lions. Williams recorded two sacks in Sunday's game against Buffalo before leaving with his injury to reach 11 sacks on the season, a new career-high. He has been a starting defensive lineman in IDP leagues on an every-week basis, but you might have to pivot and go in another direction at the position if he's unable to play this weekend. Williams has 47 tackles (31 solo), 12 tackles for loss, 23 hits, 11 sacks, three passes defensed, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 13 starts in 2022.
