In a bantamweight matchup with title implications, former champion Petr Yan (16-3) will battle the flashy but dangerous Sean O'Malley on the main card of UFC 280 this Saturday. Though Yan has losses in two of his last three fights, they both came to the champion Aljamain Sterling in which he was disqualified for an illegal knee and suffered a split-decision loss in his rematch. Otherwise, Yan has a spotless UFC record with eight wins. Spanning his professional career, half (eight) of his wins have come by finish, with seven of them coming via knockout/TKO.
