Columbus Blue Jackets winger Patrik Laine finished Friday's Global Series game against Colorado in his native Finland with two points. He notched a power-play assist and scored his second goal of the year in the second period, helping the Blue Jackets battle back from a 0-3 deficit before they eventually went down 6-3. Laine clearly enjoyed playing in his hometown of Tampere, adding a game-high seven shots to his tally in 23:36 of action. He can do it again tomorrow as the teams meet up for a rematch. Laine has had a slow start to the season, but he's only just returned from an upper-body injury and fantasy managers simply have to have some patience with him. Friday was a great sign that he is about to get going.--Taavi Pailk
