Lonzo Ball (wrist) is doubtful for Wednesday's game against Miami. He hasn't played since February 28, and it doesn't appear a return in on the horizon. Fortunately,
Josh Giddey (forearm) is expected to return from a two-game absence.
Dalen Terry (calf) is also anticipated to suit up, so he should continue to see more work if Ball is officially declared out. With that in mind, Terry hasn't hit the double-digit scoring mark since March 24, making him a risky option for DFS participants.

Anthony Davis (adductor) is probable heading into Wednesday's Play-In showdown with the Kings. He didn't play in Sunday's loss to the Grizzlies, with
Naji Marshall handling things at the four spot and finishing with 11 points. AD will likely appear on the Injury report as long as the Mavs remain alive moving ahead, although it will take a lot to keep him off the floor. Davis met the Kings four times during the regular season, averaging 24.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and 1.5 steals while shooting 50.0% from downtown, making him a welcome addition to any DFS lineup.

Trae Young (Achilles) is available for Tuesday's Play-In showdown with the Orlando Magic. The former Oklahoma Sooner was listed as probable due to the Achilles Tendinitis that plagued him for most of the 2024-25 campaign. However, he'll be out there for the Southeast Division matchup. Young has faced Orlando three times this season, averaging 28.3 points, 8.0 assists, and 26.7% shooting from deep.

Buddy Hield, averaging 12.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.1 steals in 22 starts during the 2024-25 campaign, will likely slide into the starting lineup.

Grant Williams (knee) is progressing well and "hitting milestones." The 26-year-old saw his 2024-25 campaign come to an end on Nov. 23, when he suffered a torn ACL in his right knee during a game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Before the injury, Williams averaged 10.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.1 steals over 29.9 minutes per game. Williams showed that he can make a fantasy impact as a member of the Hornets, but it remains to be seen whether he will reach similar performance levels next season. After undergoing surgery in December, Williams was ruled out for 9-12 months, meaning he might not return to action before 2026.

The 27-year-old has averaged 7.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks in 20.2 minutes throughout his career.

Kennard occasionally pops off for a big game but mostly takes the backseat in Grizzlies games. He has averaged only 4.4 points per game in April, despite logging over 20 minutes on most nights.
