The Green Bay Packers are expected to hire former Las Vegas Raiders interim head coach Rich Bisaccia as their new special teams coordinator, according to sources. The Packers special teams unit was yet again a huge problem in 2021 and was almost single-handedly responsible for their Divisional Round loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs. Bisaccia is universally respected and was a strong candidate to remain the head coach in Las Vegas after guiding the team to a playoff appearance despite all of the Raiders turmoil off the field in 2021. Green Bay's special teams unit ranked dead last in Football Outsiders DVOA metrics, and coordinator Maurice Drayton was fired less than two weeks after their playoff loss. The 61-year-old Bisaccia has been one of the top special teams coordinators in the league, dating back to 2002.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
