Vancouver Canucks defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson (ankle) will be out for "some weeks", according to head coach Rick Tocchet. He played less than five minutes last time out against the Rangers after spraining his ankle and Ekman-Larsson will now start a long injury layoff with Saturday's contest against the Flyers. The Swedish rearguard likely can't wait for the end of the season, as it's been a tough campaign for him at both ends of the ice. Ekman-Larsson has posted only 22 points in 54 games and has a minus-24 rating. Christian Wolanin has been called up from the minors and will join Luke Schenn on the second defensive pairing against Philadelphia.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
