Colorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon picked up an assist in regulation and scored at 2:29 of overtime to defeat the Detroit Red Wings 4-3 on Tuesday night. It was MacKinnon's 24th multi-point game of the season. The Cole Harbour native has had another fantastic season on the Avs' top line. He has 34 goals, 50 assists, 31 power-play points, and a plus-18 rating through 67 games. At just 23-years-old, MacKinnon will continue to be a fantasy force for years to come.
