Baltimore Orioles outfield prospect Nate George is getting promoted to High-A Aberdeen following an impressive showing over his first 66 games of the season. The 2024 draft pick hit .383 in 23 games with the Orioles' complex level affiliate, then hit .337 in 43 games at Single-A Delmarva. In all, the 19-year-old put together a .352/.423/.512 slash line with four home runs and 38 steals across both levels. With a low 15.5 percent strikeout rate, he'll get a chance to test his mettle against High-A pitching, and could push for a promotion to the upper levels of the minors next year if he continues to put the bat on the ball like he's done so far in 2025, but he's still a few years away from the majors.--Jarod Rupp
