10 months agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Naji Marshall was ejected from Friday's clash with the Heat. With less than a minute played in the fourth quarter, tempered flared in the game after Kevin Love fouled Zion Williamson. After a scrum formed on the court, Marshall appeared to have put his hand around Jimmy Butler's neck. Marshall might now receive a suspension for the incident. The 26-year-old struggled in Friday's game and finished scoreless in 13 minutes, but he's a valued reserve who would definitely be missed by the team. Marshall averages 7.3 points for the season with 3.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 18.4 minutes. The Pelicans resume play on Sunday against Chicago.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
